why do foreign governments want so much money from the u.s. when the cost of living used to be like this in the 1960s. a house for 17k, a car for 3.7k, groceries for $50.  why did the cost of living go up so much? 1960 vs 2025. what happened?

damn folks. i wouldnt be surprised if some foreign government cleaned out the u.s. treasury or something and took trillions of dollars. and now the u.s. actually does not have the money to pay troops and people like that.  the administration may actually be having to ask for a money from whoever took trillions out of the u.s. treasury. 

that would be like you yourself becoming president, and then taking all the government money to put in to your own bank account. all of it. not just a little bit. you took 6 trillion u.s. government dollars and put it in your own bank account. 

are you not able to get money from the government as a state or whatever? dang, they may not have any money to send you. because some foreign government or they themselves took it. 

they are saying they will send funds for snap but there are reports that they turned off the snap machines, so even if they did send funding, the cards and stuff will not work.

they cannot pay the military today. so the administration had to ask the "foreign" government that took the money for some money to pay the military. because there are zero dollars in the u.s. bank account. 

it reminds me of a car or something. today the new car runs and drives. but if someone goes to the car and beats it up and runs in to it. the car is totalled. i wonder if that just happened to the u.s. government.  it took 285 days or less for it to happen.
