Wassup y'all! It's been a minute, so let's catch up with each other! Today I give y'all an update on Jeezy and I began a new series of setting boundaries. Today I discussed how and why it's important to set boundaries within our friendships.
Today I'm going to introduce "Jeezy" to you guys! I'm also going to give you some insight to our relationship and why I chose to practice the Law of Least Effort to regain my peace. I'm sure we have all been in a place where the person we love dearly isn't quiet on track where we want them to be, so I hope you all can gain something from this episode!

Hey y'all! This is a two part series on self care and how it helps us develop healthy relationships. I'm so excited to finally put this out because I've been getting a lot of questions on self care, what I do, and how I started my journey. Y'all know I am not the gate keeping type so I hope everyone can take something from todays episode!
Hi! My name is Alexis and I too suffer from "Imposter Syndrome".
The definition of Imposter Syndrome is to have extreme anxiety and random feelings that you're a failure, that you don't deserve good things, and/or everything you've accomplished is by luck. I've dealt with this most of my adult years. With unlearning unhealthy habits, I've realized this habit stemmed from being molested at a young age and being silenced as a child. Today, I chose to share my journey with imposter syndrome. Although I still deal with this, it no longer has just a hold on me as it did in my early 20's. I also give tips on how to combat that little voice in our head that says "I'm not enough". I hope you guys enjoy todays episode! As always, I love and appreciate everyone of youuuuuu <3
