The grief a parent or guardian may feel over the physical loss of custody, is gut wrenching. No matter why, how, when, how long has passed or how long to go, it simply doesn’t get easier. The grief is like a lava that slowly covers the rocks, scorching everything in its path… But what can you do? Just get through today.. that alone is exhausting.. but there is hope.. thank you for coming back to listen to my voice, it means so much to me.

Hey everyone, thanks for coming back. I just wanted to share some thoughts on doing shit consistently that I really don’t *want* to do but mainly I wanted to document my thoughts, keep them in a tangible space where I can access them. It’s part of my self love journey and learning to honor my voice. I don’t believe I’m superior, I don’t believe I have any or all of the answers but I do believe that where I was 3 years ago, how I thought, how I lived, how I felt, needs to be changed. And I like to document ideas that have seriously changed since being clean and in recovery. If that helps someone , that’s amazing but doing this podcast has seriously helped me.
