My experience, strength, and hope on missing an abusive ex and experiencing feelings of guilt, shame, denial and possible reasons why even after years later, we go through feelings of confusion and wondering “what if.”

Not after the anger passes and your left with feelings of guilt, regret and shame, but when you’re actively acting out on your anger, after it’s gotten too much to keep inside … why do you feel justified to continue the anger?

My experience on learning to honor that desire in my heart to do artistic stuff that I’ve desired from a young age. It’s never too late to start again. It’s never too late to believe in you!

This is a part of my story as the family scapegoat in a narcissistic household. It’s kind of all over the place and it’s definitely just my own experiences. There’s some inspiration here too at the end. My purpose in all of this is just to help one person feel less alone and less confused. You are loved, you are important and I don’t have to know your whole story to tell you that I BELIEVE YOU.
