Originally from Ireland, Connor is a strength and conditioning coach and physiotherapist based out of Newcastle, Australia. He has previously lead a dynamic team of strength and conditioning coaches, physiotherapists, psychologists and dietitians in a large law enforcement agency. He now coaches a semi-professional rugby league team and works in a youth athlete development facility. He works in a public health research facility on knowledge translation for part of his week. He is passionate about eliminating hierarchical structures between professions to improve athletic development and rehab.
