The Storm Will Pass | Dr. Rick Wallace

Regardless of where you are right now and what you are going through, you must understand that your situation is momentary --- the storm will pass.   Your job while you are in the storm is to do your work so that you exit the storm a better person than when you entered it.

~ Stop justifying mediocrity

~ Stop shortchanging yourself

~ Put in the work

~ Make the commitment

~ Execute the plan

Your Life Is a Printout of the Program Your Subconscious is Running | Dr. Rick Wallace

Take the first 10 minutes of your day to set your emotional and mental state.

Did you know that the majority of people spend 70 percent of their time living in a state of stress?

Let's talk about chronic stress and its long-term effects. We will use the analogy of the Predator vs The Co-Worker!

~ The Neocortex in humans is so powerful that thoughts alone can trigger a stress response.

~ This is why setting your state (priming) is so important each day

~ This is why you need to be cognization of your thoughts, as well as your mental and emotional states throughout the day

~ Fear & Anger are two of the most powerful and destructive emotions, but they are completely neutralized by Gratitude

The Law of Thinking: Your Thoughts Are the Seeds of Your Destiny | Dr. Rick Wallace

The thoughts you entertain daily are setting the course of your life. The experience that you live in 2031 will be a result of the thoughts you are having today.

Coaching legend Don Shula once said that "it is the "start" that stops most people." He was 100 percent correct. Most people are trapped in lives they hate or are unsatisfied living because they are paralyzed by fear (based on limited thinking) and they never start the process of change and elevation.

I want you to know that you are never too old to reinvent yourself. If you are not happy or fulfilled, you have the power to change your life. This change must start with your thinking.

I have one question: Are you willing to be inconvenienced to respond to your conviction?

The time for change is now. If you are ready for change, email [email protected] to inquire about our highly specified programs.

Life Is a Series of Temporary Experiences ~ Nothing is Static ~ Life Is Fleeting! | Dr. Rick Wallace

"The mass of men live in quiet desperation." ~ Henry David Thoreau

Life is a series of temporary experiences that culminate into one final result. Will your life speak well of you? Keep in mind that forever is not that long. Life is not static. You will not be where you are forever, so you must choose the path you will take. Taking the safe path will most likely land you in a place of quiet desperation. A place where you simply show up every day to a reality you despise but deem necessary. It is time to plan your escape.
