Initially they didn't have room to store beer and champagne so they only sold martinis, scotch, manhattans, and whiskey. PanAm, National, and Northwest have all disappeared, but the trails they blazed in serving alcohol continue to guide the drinking habits of passengers....According to figures collected from five U.S. airlines over a four-month period in 2014, alcohol sales brought in more than $43 million
