Bradley Schneider (D-IL), but will soon make a move to a leadership office for the 116th Congress. She is joined by our very own Steve Haro, who has served as the Chief of Staff for members in both the House and the Senate, to talk about what it is like to set up a new office for a freshman member of Congress.
