Hola a todos, mis queridos amigos de Hive y SWC. ¡Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que sus actividades marchen de maravilla! En esta ocasión, les traigo un video nuevamente, bien amigos luego de estar ausente en la plataforma por un tiempo debido a temas personales incluyendo entre ellos mi graduación 🎓 donde por fin pude obtener el título de ingeniero en mantenimiento mecánico, había estado muy al pendiente con todo eso y los preparativos los gastos y demás cosas, pero ya por fin tengo mi título en mano así que estaremos un poco más seguido por acá.

En este oportunidad les comparto una serie de combos que realice en el parque durante la noche, cabe destacar que desde hace un tiempo en el parque no hay luz eléctrica, así que eso le añade un poco más de dificultad para mí que soy una persona que usa lentes jajajaja. Esa no che me encontraba solo en le parque, cuando digo solo me refiero a que no estaban mis compañeros de costumbre, por lo que simplemente entrené yo solo, además que me sentía con varios sentimientos encontrados ese día, así que decidí liberar todo haciendo combos.

Puedo decir que los entrenamientos han dado sus resultados, ya que hay una gran diferencia del presente con el pasado de este mismo año 2025, comencé enero de una forma y voy tomando otra muy positiva, aún recuerdo que para mí realizar combos de este calibre era imposibles para mí, con con el tiempo todo se ha estado dando paso a paso, sin problemas, sin dolores, sin lesiones... Todo a paso de vencedores, así hasta lograr fabricar lo que algún día jure hace años. El que persevera alcanza, el que nunca se rinde algún día gana, el que sueña en grande lo puede hacer realidad y aquellos que se mantienen disciplinados sin importar que pase... Al final de este viaje obtendrán la recompensa que tanto han anhelado.

This time, I'm sharing a series of combos I performed in the park at night. It's worth noting that the park hasn't had electricity for a while now, so that adds a bit more difficulty for me, as someone who wears glasses, hahaha. That night, I was alone in the park. I can say that the training has paid off, as there is a big difference between the present and the past of this same year 2025. I started January in one way and I am taking another very positive one. Hola a todos, mis queridos amigos de Hive y SWC. ¡Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que sus actividades marchen de maravilla! En esta ocasión, les traigo un video muy especial. Como el título lo indica, se trata de la tercera ronda de la SWDB, un evento de street workout que se celebró en el centro comercial Parque Los Aviadores. Después de haber pasado las rondas anteriores con un puntaje excelente, la única meta que nos quedaba era seguir avanzando hasta la gran final. Había llegado el momento de darlo todo para asegurar nuestro pase a la última fase.

La preparación para este momento había sido intensa. Nos habíamos mentalizado por semanas, visualizando cada movimiento y coordinando cada detalle para ofrecer la mejor rutina. Sin embargo, a pesar de todo el esfuerzo y la preparación, la suerte no estuvo de nuestro lado. En un giro inesperado y lamentable, mi compañero tuvo una caída mientras ejecutaba un 360 en la jaula. Para mí, la rutina se desarrolló sin mayores problemas. No obstante, en una competencia donde la duplicidad y la sincronización son tan cruciales, la caída de uno de los miembros afecta considerablemente el puntaje del equipo. La frustración y la decepción fueron instantáneas, pero no nos dimos por vencidos. A pesar del tropiezo, decidimos luchar hasta el último segundo e intentar remontar la puntuación perdida. Sabíamos que la tarea sería difícil, pero la esperanza de clasificar nos impulsaba a seguir.

A medida que avanzábamos, logramos demostrar nuestra capacidad para adaptarnos y mantener el nivel. Con cada truco y cada transición, luchamos por recuperar esos puntos vitales. De hecho, nuestro esfuerzo nos permitió empatar en puntaje con otro equipo. En ese momento, una chispa de esperanza se encendió en nosotros. Pensamos que quizás, solo quizás, el jurado valoraría nuestra capacidad de recuperación. Lamentablemente, la decisión del jurado fue a favor del otro equipo. La caída de mi compañero pesó demasiado en la evaluación final. El anuncio fue un golpe duro, un desmoronamiento de todas las expectativas que habíamos construido. Cuando no escuchamos nuestros nombres para la ronda final, la decepción fue profunda y amarga.

A pesar de la tristeza de no haber clasificado, esta experiencia nos dejó una gran lección. Aprendimos que en el deporte y en la vida, los imprevistos suceden. Lo importante no es la caída en sí, sino la forma en que nos levantamos y seguimos adelante. La caída de mi compañero no fue un fracaso, fue una oportunidad para mostrar nuestra resiliencia y nuestro espíritu de equipo. Él se levantó, se sacudió el polvo y siguió luchando a mi lado. Esa es la verdadera victoria.

Quiero agradecerles a todos por su apoyo incondicional y por acompañarme en este viaje. As the title suggests, it's the third round of the SWDB, a street workout event held at the Parque Los Aviadores shopping center. After passing the previous rounds with an excellent score, the only goal left was to continue advancing to the grand finale. The time had come to give it our all to secure our place in the final round.

The preparation for this moment had been intense. We had mentally prepared for weeks, visualizing every movement and coordinating every detail to deliver the best routine. However, despite all the effort and preparation, luck was not on our side. In an unexpected and unfortunate turn of events, my partner fell while executing a 360 in the cage. For me, the routine went off without a hitch. However, in a competition where duplication and timing are so crucial, a fall by one of our team members significantly affects the team's score. Frustration and disappointment were instantaneous, but we didn't give up. Despite the setback, we decided to fight until the last second and try to make up for the lost score. We knew the task would be difficult, but the hope of qualifying kept us going.

As we progressed, we managed to demonstrate our ability to adapt and maintain our level of performance. With each trick and transition, we fought to regain those vital points. In fact, our efforts allowed us to tie the score with another team. At that moment, a spark of hope ignited within us. We thought that maybe, just maybe, the judges would value our resilience. Sadly, the jury's decision was in favor of the other team. My teammate's fall weighed heavily on the final evaluation. The announcement was a crushing blow, shattering all the expectations we had built up. When we didn't hear our names called for the final round, the disappointment was deep and bitter.

Despite the sadness of not qualifying, this experience taught us a great lesson. We learned that in sports and in life, unexpected events happen. What's important isn't the fall itself, but how we get up and keep going. My teammate's fall wasn't a failure; it was an opportunity to show our resilience and team spirit. He got up, dusted himself off, and continued fighting by my side. That's true victory.

Hola a todos, mis queridos amigos de Hive y SWC. ¡Espero que se encuentren muy bien y que todo les esté saliendo de maravilla! En esta ocasión, les traigo el video de la segunda ronda en la SWDB. Mi compañero Jesús y yo logramos avanzar a esta etapa con la máxima puntuación, demostrando el fruto de nuestro arduo entrenamiento. Para asegurar nuestro pase a la siguiente ronda, decidimos sacar a relucir uno de nuestros ases bajo la manga. Lo dimos todo, sin reservas, y estábamos arrasando en la competencia. Nuestra combinación de ejercicios estáticos y dinámicos era imparable y estaba haciendo estragos en el escenario. No obstante, nos enfrentamos a un desafío inesperado: las barras de la jaula presentaban ciertas limitaciones. Su diseño no nos ofrecía la comodidad necesaria para ejecutar los movimientos dinámicos de manera fluida, lo que complicaba bastante las cosas. A pesar de todo, no nos dejamos vencer y, con determinación, logramos completar el combo.

La adrenalina del momento era indescriptible. Cada repetición, cada giro, estaba cargado de la emoción de la competencia. Sabíamos que, aunque las condiciones no eran las ideales, la clave era mantener la concentración y confiar en la preparación que habíamos tenido. Nuestro objetivo no era solo ganar, sino también dejar en claro que la verdadera fuerza reside en la capacidad de superar los obstáculos. Los estáticos, como la plancha o el front lever, demandaban una fuerza brutal y una disciplina mental. Lograba mantener la posición, sintiendo cada fibra de mi cuerpo tensarse, mientras mi mente se enfocaba en la estabilidad. Luego, venían los dinámicos, como los es el giro 360 y el geinger. A pesar de las restricciones de la barra, logramos sincronizar nuestros cuerpos en una coreografía perfecta.

Recuerdo la mirada de Jesús, su rostro reflejaba el mismo sentimiento que yo tenía en ese momento. Había una conexión entre nosotros, un entendimiento mutuo que nos permitía anticipar el próximo movimiento del otro. Éramos un solo equipo, y el objetivo de ambos era alcanzar la excelencia. El público gritaba con cada movimiento, y ese apoyo nos llenaba de energía, empujándonos a dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos. Al final, no importó la incomodidad de la barra. La verdadera victoria fue haber superado esa dificultad y haber demostrado que, con dedicación y trabajo en equipo, podemos lograr cualquier cosa.

We knew that, although the conditions weren't ideal, the key was to stay focused and trust in our preparation. Our goal wasn't just to win, but also to demonstrate that true strength lies in the ability to overcome obstacles. Static exercises, like the plank and front lever, required brutal strength and mental discipline. I managed to maintain the position, feeling every fiber of my body tense, while my mind focused on stability. Then came the dynamic exercises, like the 360 and the Geinger. Despite the restrictions of the bar, we managed to synchronize our bodies in a perfect choreography.

I remember Jesús's expression; his face reflected the same feeling I had at that moment. There was a connection between us, a mutual understanding that allowed us to anticipate each other's next move. We were one team, and our goal was to achieve excellence. The crowd screamed with every move, and that support energized us, pushing us to give our best. In the end, the bar's discomfort didn't matter. The real victory was overcoming that difficulty and proving that, with dedication and teamwork, we can achieve anything.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo un video de mi participación en la SWDB, está fue la primera ronda clasificatoria en donde mi compañero y yo buscábamos disputar el pase a la siguiente ronda donde solo clasificarían 12 dios, haciendo así lo planeado dentro de la competencia, todo salió conforme a lo esperado luego de haber practicado los combos con anterioridad, logrando clasificar en el primer puesto de la primera ronda con una puntuación de 6.5 puntos.

Mientras esperábamos sentados repasabamos el siguiente combo en nuestras mentes para poder tener una mayor claridad de como era, así cuando fuera nuestro turno mi compañero @jesus1sw y yo ya estuviéramos preparados para darlo todo en la siguiente fase de la competencia, para ver la siguiente ronda esperen hasta la siguiente publicación donde subiré la segunda ronda completa.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo un vídeo de mi participación en el 8vo aniversario de símbolos xtremos, anteriormente comenté que fue un día un tanto complicado, estar en este lugar fue increíble pero no es increíble cuando tiene mucha hambre jajaja, debido a ciertas complicaciones internamente la competencia de street workout categoría abierta que es donde me inscribí fue la última en comenzar, cabe resaltar que en este aniversario hubo un endurance femenino, "sets and reps" amateur y profesional y finalmente la categoría de Freestyle/street workout de amateur y abierto.

Ese día sábado 17 de mayo fuimos con el trasporte que organizo SWC, ya que SWC apoyo a la comunidad de símbolos xtremos para poder realizar el evento, llegamos desde temprano y estuvimos presenciando todo el evento, ya llegados a la hora del.almuerzo pensamos que pronto comenzaría la categoría de Freestyle, pero no era el caso, por lo que comenzó a darme hambre pero se me recomendó no comer nada que me callera pesado para poder rendir bien en la competencia, al final termino comenzando al rededor de las 5 pm, con mucha hambre procedí a competir 😅.

Atletas de muy bien nivel se encontraban en esta categoría abierta por lo que era un reto, a pesar de eso logré llegar lejos siendo inteligente y aplicando un gran esfuerzo ya que el hambre jugaba en contra, jamás había competido con el estómago vacío jajajaja, sin embargo la adrenalina ayudo a que todo fuera bien, de esta forma ganando versus logré hacerme con el podio de segundo lugar 🥈 en este evento.

This time, I'm bringing you a video of my participation in the 8th anniversary of Símbolos Extremos. I previously mentioned that it was a somewhat complicated day. Being here was incredible, but it's not incredible when you're really hungry, haha. Due to some internal complications, the open street workout competition, which is where I signed up, was the last to start. It's worth noting that this anniversary included a women's endurance competition, amateur and professional sets and reps, and finally, the amateur and open freestyle/street workout competition.

That Saturday, May 17th, we went with the transportation organized by SWC, since SWC supports the extreme symbol community to make the event possible. We arrived early and witnessed the entire event. When it was time for lunch, we thought the Freestyle category would start soon, but that wasn't the case. I started getting hungry, but I was advised not to eat anything heavy in order to perform well in the competition. In the end, it started around 5 pm. Very hungry, I proceeded to compete 😅.

Very high-level athletes were in this open category, so it was a challenge. Despite that, I managed to go far by being smart and applying great effort since hunger was against me. I had never competed on an empty stomach hahaha. However, the adrenaline helped everything go well, and thus, by winning versus, I managed to get on the second-place podium 🥈 in this event.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo un pequeños video realizando estáticos en el nuevo parque de Símbolos Xtremos en Caracas, bien, luego de probar las barras haciendo dinámicos comenzamos a hacer estáticos un rato, ya era un oco tarde pero no quisimos irnos sin hacer algo de estáticos para guardar algunas grabaciones para mostrar otras partes del circuito de barras, sin duda alguna estás se convirtieron en las mejores barras de Venezuela.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo un pequeños video realizando dinámicos y estáticos en el nuevo parque de Símbolos Xtremos en Caracas, vivir la experiencia de poder probar un parque nuevo siendo atleta de street workout es increíble, es por ello no hay palabras para poder expresar lo bien que se sintió poder hacer freestyle en un lugar tan completo como este, las barras tienen la apertura adecuada,.la altura perfecta y el agarre magnífico, sin olvidar que la arena juega un papel importante para poder sentir una gran libertad a la hora de realizar dinámicos, la seguridad que da es increíble, poder entrenar a diario en un lugar como este sin duda alguna es lo mejor que puedo existir para cualquier atleta de street workout y calistenia. Incluso practicantes del parkour residen en este parque para poder hacer maniobras impresionantes.

El pasado 27 de abril, el parque Ejército Las Ballenas se convirtió en el epicentro del street workout, al recibir a los mejores atletas de la disciplina en el evento OnlyStatics 2025. Con un ambiente electrizante y una comunidad entregada a la pasión por los movimientos estáticos, esta competición fue una verdadera demostración de destreza, resistencia y control corporal. Evento que fue organizado por #SWC, que apezar de la complicaciones de logro llevar acabo después de todo.

OnlyStatics es reconocido por su exigencia, y este año no fue la excepción. Los participantes llegaron preparados para desafiar sus propios límites y demostrar por qué el entrenamiento calisténico estático es una disciplina que requiere precisión, fuerza y una concentración inquebrantable. Desde front levers hasta planche holds, los atletas ejecutaron cada rutina con maestría, dejando claro el nivel de la competición.

Para mí uno de los grandes momentos de la jornada fue poder participar como atleta de este evento, ya que ingresé en la categoría profesional y logre alcanzar el tercer lugar en el podio. Este logro es resultado de meses de preparación, sacrificio y amor por la disciplina, reflejado en cada segundo de control sobre mí propio cuerpo.

Además de ser una batalla de talento, OnlyStatics fue un espacio para la camaradería, el intercambio de conocimientos y el fortalecimiento de la comunidad del street workout. Atletas de diferentes niveles compartieron experiencias, técnicas y consejos, enriqueciendo el evento con un ambiente de apoyo y crecimiento colectivo.

Este tipo de encuentros no solo impulsan la evolución del street workout, sino que inspiran a una nueva generación de atletas a seguir perfeccionando su arte. ¡Felicitaciones a todos los competidores que lograron quedar en podio tanto de la categoría semi-profesional y profesional! El podio es solo el comienzo de un camino lleno de éxitos.

For me, one of the greatest moments of the day was the opportunity to participate as an athlete in this event. Competing in the professional category, I managed to secure third place on the podium. This achievement is the result of months of preparation, sacrifice, and passion for the discipline, reflected in every second of control over my own body.

Beyond being a battle of talent, OnlyStatics was a space for camaraderie, knowledge exchange, and the strengthening of the street workout community. Athletes from different levels shared experiences, techniques, and advice, enriching the event with an atmosphere of support and collective growth.

Hola a todos mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, espero se encuentren muy bien y les esté yendo excelente en sus actividades, en esta oportunidad les traigo un vídeo realizando unos pequeños combos de estáticos en la circuito de barras las ballenitas, mostrando un poco los frutos de los entrenamientos desde que inició el año en curso, dándole con fuerza a los entrenos para poder fortalecer mis debilidades y ser cada vez más completo, antes de entrenar siempre realizó tanto dinámicos como estáticos, pero en esta oportunidad le mostraré los estáticos, siempre tratando de mantener las lineas en la aposturas adecuadas combinándolo con los movimientos de poder, esto ayuda mucho a ganar resistencia y mejorar la postura, ya al final de tantas lanzadas se comienza con el entrenamiento de la semana. Finalmente concluimos con los respectivos estiramientos para evitar lesiones.
