Welcome back to another episode of Asian Lifing! Your 20s and post-grad life were supposed to be the best years of your life, what society has said or made you believe with certain expectations and fantasy, where you have your life together, getting married, having family, and buying a house. However, your 20s are some of the most lonely times you have ever faced, whether it is not having a structure to follow, maintain connections with friends, struggling to find a career, and figuring out what success means to you. The challenges get more complicated when you don't have a strong support system and going through mental health traumas and disabilities that you don't know how to process, cope with, or even be vulnerable. Come join me in this episode as I shared my experiences, tips, and resources to navigate your 20s and avoid the quarter-life crisis and push through.

Welcome back to another episode of Asian Lifing! High School was definitely one of the most important 4 years of your life, especially as an Asian American. These 4 years would go on to determine, where one would go to college and attend universities. With this comes a lot of pressure and challenges each one of us goes through, but being Asian, the expectation and demands were a lot higher. As someone who didn't grow up around a lot of Asian people, it was definitely hard to connect with others. Come join me as I shared my experiences and challenges during my high school years being an Asian American and how I was able to overcome obstacles and push through.
