A major education study found teachers give boys lower grades – but only when they know the student is a boy. Researchers from Switzerland compared anonymous national exams with teacher-graded tests and found the bias only appeared when the teacher knew the student was male. When school tests were graded blindly, boys performed as well as or better than girls.

The findings suggest that a teacher’s sexism against males, not student ability, is a larger factor in lower reported scores for boys and contributes to long term academic gaps that follow young males for the rest of their lives.

Nick Reiner, 32 year old son of Hollywood director Rob Reiner & Michele Singer, was arrested for their murders this weekend. In past interviews, Nick told Dave of Dopey Podcast about his long history of severe addiction and mental health issues – and the countless times he dropped out of recovery programs, flew into fits of rage, and destroyed his parents’ guest house that kept him from being homeless.

“Yes, some children may have died from COVID shots,” says The Atlantic, in a startling headline that would have gotten them deplatformed and shunned just 2 years ago.

After a leaked memo from FDA vaccine chief Dr. Vinay Prasad alleged that evidence was found showing mRNA COVID shots killed at least 10 children, over a dozen former FDA commissioners pushed back by calling the memo a “threat to evidence-based vaccine policy and public health security.”

But finally – and possibly for the first time in its history – the Atlantic admits: “The idea that mRNA-based shots have, tragically, killed a very small number of children is not far-fetched… this insistence that no evidence exists for vaccine-related deaths risks adding to the crisis.”

The 2024 election was very confusing for Libs. After years of pandering to minority groups and “expert” predictions that Trump’s immigration policies would lose his Latino supporters, a Pew study found Latino Americans surged to MAGA with over 48% – actually rising from 36% in 2020.

But for people who aren’t racist panderers, the explanation is simple. Cultural traits common among many Mexican-American immigrants — Catholic faith, traditional family values, commitment to hard work and law-following — align with conservative ideas.

Many Latino immigrants resent those who cross the border illegally and view legal immigration as a matter of principle – because they worked hard, followed the law, and distrust those who won’t do the same. In fact, a recent study found Latino Americans are powering US economic growth, reaching an estimated $3.7 trillion of our GDP.
