Even though you’re making progress and doing everything you can to reach the next level, these periods can feel like you're in a state of limbo. You've outgrown your old circle, but your new circle can’t quite relate to you just yet. These moments are among the many tests from the universe.
It's been said that the universe will isolate you when there's a lesson to be learned. Reflecting on this idea, it makes a lot of sense.
If you're currently on a growth journey, let us know if you've ever felt lonely during these times. We'll also share what we've done to navigate this phase of our lives.

We often hear about the importance of setting personal boundaries. However, did you know that there are actually different types of boundaries, rigid and flexible.
When we found out about this, this got us thinking. If boundaries are set in place so that you are your best self. Should you ever be flexible with your boundaries.
This is what we’re going to discuss today because up until this episode, both of us thought boundaries had to be rigid. Is there a point where too many boundaries can make you inflexible? If they are flexible, then why have them as a boundary?
Many of us go through the motions every day, not realising that our stress, frustration, and burnout might be because of HOW we are setting our boundaries.
Join us as we explore the finding the right balance of setting between rigid and flexible boundaries effectively and defining if you need boundaries. Also see if our mind has been changed about our initial idea of boundaries.
