Martin Luther King Jr. with a beautification project along a street named for one of King’s allies and the progenitor of the 1963 March on Washington. A Philip Randolph Boulevard (a.k.a. Florida Avenue) is the focus of an MLK Week of Service makeover, set to include facade makeovers, a community cleanup and the addition of several new bike racks.
