On Win's Women of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles welcomes Kathleen Kastner. She is a Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher in Encinitas, CA. She is also a certified Food for Life plant-based instructor with the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. She has been vegan since 2002 and loves sharing vegan ideas with others to promote health and help animals and the planet. Kathleen  has over twenty years of experience in the health field, working as an exercise physiologist, personal trainer, yoga teacher and yoga studio owner. She has a M.S in Exercise Physiology and a B.S in Journalism from the University of Kansas. She has been teaching ashtanga and vinyasa yoga since 1997 and was a yoga studio owner in Kansas City for sixteen years. Kathleen also worked as an exercise physiologist for the Pritkin Longevity in Santa Monica, which specialized in weight loss for people for were having health problems, such as obesity, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Her celebrity clients have included Dr. Deepak Chopra, Molly Sims and Emily Deschanel.  She has been published in Yoga Magazine, The Law of Attraction Magazine and is the author of The Cheerleader Speaks: What God Taught Me About Men and Myself.  She is married to Wade Mortenson and  is the step mom to Kaden and Kaiah and kitty cat mom to Julian, Oliver and Natasha.
