If you want your wife to prioritize you…

Don’t ask her to prioritize you.

Figure out one thing that would help you feel like a priority.

Maybe that’s making a meal, asking you about your day, or spending some time together.

Unless you’re in a good place, I would wait on asking for physical touch, though that can also be a good request if you are.

Then, ask her for that one thing with a reason why.
