Assorted Crates

The end of April comes with some good tunes. For Assorted Crates 162, I’m putting out my mix from the last Kasi Vibe Festival.

This was the first stage I got the opportunity to play on a stage since 2020. That being said, there was a level of nervousness, and excitement. I put a blend of genres together, but something representative of the streets for me. A good time was definitely had, and I hope you do enjoy the chance to relive the occasion. Let me know what you think on my Twitter or Instagram. Have yourself a great May, and take care.

It’s been a minute since i’ve put out any of these. I know, I’ve missed you too.

It has been quite the hiatus from me, and to be honest, it was a needed. I felt like I was trying to do a bit much with how I developed this show, and needed go back to the roots of this thing, and let the music do the speaking. Everything goes back to source eventually.

I’m kicking things off and getting back into the routine of putting these out once a week, every Friday if possible… but it might always be that way. I’ll see how it goes from week to week. For this week, I’m sharing part of a mix I recorded, from my Sunset Drive show at Hotel Pension Moni. Chilled vibes and music to have in the background. Do enjoy, let me know what you think on Twitter or Instagram.

There is something about Spring that rejuvenates, and my 160th mix is a breathe of fresh air.

October is a good time to share some love and good vibes, and this mix has a bit of both.

I’m starting my birthday month off with some smooth tunes. It’s been all hype for a while, so this is a welcome change.

Put your hands to the sky, it’s a celebration of music from Kanye West for this week’s Assorted Crates.

With the release of DONDA, I thought it would only be fitting to curate some of the tunes that have inspired some of my work and my sound.

With the streets now open, it’s about to set the mood for the rest of 2021, no matter what it is you’re doing.

I’ve put together some trap/hip-hop to this weeks crate, along with a recording from a recent DJ gig at King’s Lounge. Do enjoy the show.

It’s about that time to get into the groove of things. The drums are loud for today’s Assorted Crates.

Spring is in the air, and as a fully vaxxed hun, i feel like it’s a good time to have ourselves a party, or a pre-party for ClubDima. I’ve got some mapiano and house tunes for this week’s show. I hope you do enjoy.

The August rush begins with some good music. The 153rd Assorted Crates mix is here.

If you’re reading this now, I trust the week has been good to you, and may things been your favour for what comes next. I managed to put this together in a somewhat uninspired week… the hope is to rise above this. Ice cream helps. Got another mixed bag for you, do enjoy
