500 second-level teachers from all over the country will gather to discuss the future of education and teaching in Ireland at the 2025 ASTI Annual Convention.
The Convention in Killarney will run from today until Thursday (22nd to 24th of April).
The event in the Gleneagle INEC Arena will be addressed by ASTI President Donal Cremin and Minister for Education and Youth Helen McEntee later today (Tuesday).
To find out what issues will be up for discussion, Alan Morrissey was joined by Geraldine O’Brien, Clare ASTI Representative and teacher at St. Joseph’s Kilkee Community College.
