I think we have to come to a new understanding that depression is a spiritual illness. The reason why so many people are feeling it especially amongst our generation is because we are ready to be our authentic selves. Work, school, social media etc has us being everything but ourselves and our true self is not this flesh, nor this gender or this race. We are expressions of Gods in human form. Jesus always said he was the truth I’m starting to see that as him being authentic also

This episode was shot back in may 2021 and I had begin this journey of understand myself and wanted to take care of myself. I noticed that I was struggling with mental health issues that weren’t as prevalent earlier on that had begin to arise. Then I started looking at how movies and media had romanticize mental health in cute pop fiction movies. I started to reflect on how I’ve been maybe a little naive or inconsiderate and often times judge mental of mental health in the past. But this is for the ones that may struggle with mental health. I see you now, I hear you now, I see how strong you are and I’m grateful that you are still here.

So earlier this year I recorded this episode. While I was heavily lost in my life I went searching for GOD and I have the strangest relationship with GOD and religion but here were a few thoughts on me trying to discover what GOD actually wants from me. Till this day I still struggle but I’ve gotten closer to my spirit and it’s leading me to the GOD that’s been searching for me

This is a very vulnerable episode for me. It’s the only episode so far that is dedicated to someone. This episode is about us being not being boxed into the idea that we are all heroes and that at some point in your life you have to also become the villain. To most people we run from this version but just embrace this version it’s just as important it’s the version of you that molds you.

This is what I think the Bible references when they say baring your cross. Often I believe that we are collective on our hero’s journey. I touched basis on this on two episodes but this was when I first got a understanding that I was on a hero’s journey.

This podcast was initially supposed to have come out last season but I decided to hold on to it. Anyway I discuss the ups and downs of life after an awakening. This is the beginning of a new season of mine so I want to make sure I start it off discussing consciousness and life as a whole.

This episode was in the beginning and very early stages of my spiritual walk. Let me just tell you that this video still resonates with me and some manner even though it’s been a year since I recorded this. I am taking a different direction with my podcast this season but I wanted to start it off with my usual God/Creator conversation. I am almost certain this will be my best episode but right now I’m in a bit of a transition in my life. So I want my podcast to reflect that where I was and where I am at. Hopefully We can review this and see where we are going. Please enjoy this episode and hopefully it resonates with you.

This time around I want to kind of live outside myself for a while and outside of the tall buildings and kind of live through an airel view of this planet. I find it so much more alluring when I’m fascinated by the entire picture instead of bits in pieces. I admire the creator so much more when I see the world that way. Creator first then you see his creation for what it is. If one does not seek him first “Earth is ghetto” but when you find him and stay with him. Live with him then Earth is a masterpiece.

This is my final episode of the season. I wanted this season to wrap up pretty nicely. And I’m grateful for everyone who has listened. This episode is about freeing the mind and freeing the self (spirit/Jesus). Trusting in God/Creator to make away. It’s hard and it’s lonely being the one to go out on your own but you were built for this. Whatever you do never go back to what made you hate the you that was created beyond mans comprehension. Love the God in you and set yourself free from the crowd your ready.
