Hebrews 13 reminds us that our pastors have the awful responsibility of watching over our souls. One day, they will give an account to God for their work. That’s a scary thought. Many pastors downplay their position as a pastor to try to get the perks of the job without feeling the weight or the pain of it. We begin our conversation today by talking about one of the ways pastors hide their authority and avoid taking responsibility for their people. This leads us to a discussion about Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, and Pastor Bayly opens up for us why Solzhenitsyn was such an inspiration to him.
