I'm obsessive about my time. Yesterday when I was reflecting on my day, I tried this new strategy to help me manage my time. I don't know if it's a real winner yet but I like it!

The crazy part about this error is it happens subconsciously. It's a natural human need that we follow and it's intentionally taking you and me off course.

"Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face." I heard an interesting take on this philosophy this week and it really had me thinking. If it's right, I've been screwing this up for a long time.

If there is anything that my journey has made me afraid of, it's overwhelm and frustration. I do everything I can to see if coming before it hits and do something about it.

I have studied A LOT of business strategies and experts and I really think it all boils down to these two things. 

Every morning for the last 20 days I've started my day with the MTV Show Catfish. The host, Nev Schulman, spend the entire episode putting on an absolute CLINIC in sales...and I'm just now realizing it!

I am 70 pages deep into my first ever book on Buddhism and I gotta say, there is a lot of thoughts that they seem to have taken directly from my head. 

I spent the weekend watching Phil Mickelson conquer the PGA Championship in historic fashion and learned a lot about how Strength and Conditioning Coaches should be evolving in the 2020's.
