Steve and Nathaniel discuss Atomic Habits, by James Clear. Highlights include:

*The power of taking tiny steps in the correct direction
*How important systems and choices are in shaping the people we become.

Over the course of three podcasts we will continue with the content, including:

*how our habits and activities each day reinforce our mindset
*what four steps we can take to form new good habits or break bad habits.
