A former police officer killed 36 people, including 24 children, during a rampage at a day care center in Thailand yesterday. And Disney and Google are supporting a program that will award film students a $25,000 grant toward creating movies that promote abortion rights. The “right to life” today runs headlong into what is euphemistically called the “right to choose.” (This “right” does not extend to the unborn baby, of course.) And the “right to choose,” whatever the subject, is the preeminent right of our day. Four biblical conclusions follow.
