- Jane, it‘s best to seek out a reptuable company with good Psychiatrists and doctors.
- Unlike with ADHD, Autism isn’t Medication focussed.( although there are two FDA approved meds)
- Reliable diagnosis is from age two through to eights years old. As an adult it‘s termed „ Late diagnosis „

Meditation - Melatonin shift to Serotonin 
and why the effects don’t add much life balance.
I think Dr Joe Dispensa is a very valuable source for wellness for AuDHD.
Exercise worked well, but the amount I had to do before working an 8 hr shift wasn’t a viable option.

At the end of the day, having a deep sense of peace with whichever form of assistance for your AuDHD is by FAR much more important than concerning yourself about ADHD and aging.
