Walking for fat loss – In the last episode we talked about running and how to get started from a beginner’s point of view.
Running and jogging can be great for fat loss but I am fully aware that not everyone wants to start running 10k’s, half or even full marathons. And in some cases, peoples situation might be that they physically can’t run but they can walk.
Whether you are in a position where you can’t run or you maybe you don’t want to run to lose body fat, but you still want to lower your body fat percentage in some way, you can still get some great results simply by walking.
Would you like to be able to run a 5k, 10k half marathon or even full marathon? Or do you simply want to begin running for weight loss?
Whatever your running goals are, you have to start somewhere. If you get a great start, you have a far better chance of having a great finish. So in this episode I will give you some ideas on how best to start running or jogging and how to approach your progression.
Let’s talk about beginner running and jogging for weight loss or even some more lofty long distance running goals.
In this fitness podcast episode we look at fitness motivation for beginners and how to approach dealing with inevitable setbacks that will almost definitely arise on any fitness journey.
