Many dental product advertisements present people of all ages with gleaming white, flawless teeth. Everything looks healthy, well-groomed, perfect. With the dentist, this is only half the truth. With the help of a small mirror, he also looks at the back of the teeth - there he sees things that may contradict the shop window view of the front: Stains, tartar and, in the worst case, cavities. But thank God for this view and the mirror that brings unpleasant things into view. Perhaps unpleasant at first, but enormously important for health, because appropriate actions can be triggered and cleaning and care can be initiated correctly and in time. People and circumstances are also such mirrors for us, showing us sides, quasi backsides of our character, which we ourselves do not see and are sometimes unpleasant. Take them as an opportunity and chance for long-term health and act responsibly on yourself in what is shown to you.
