When you go shopping, do you recognise those stickers on the products that indicate that a product is reduced in price, e.g. because the expiry date is close? Do you react to such messages? Do you tend to buy such a product or do you shop independently? I know someone who's hobby it is do his shopping in such a way that he buys as many such price-reduced products as possible. I don't mean that in a negative way, because I don't see him as stingy. For him, it's just like a game, a challenge that he enjoys. Interesting: you can buy such products out of an attitude of inner lack, i.e. the feeling of always coming up short - or like my acquaintance: out of a sporting challenge. The result seems to be the same - but the attitude behind it is totally different; certainly also the subsequent enjoyment or consumption of the things bought. Which attitude are you closer to? The one of scarcity and fear of falling short or the one of confident good supply? If the former: what could help you to come to a more confident attitude?

When I was a child, there was an advertising song for Smarties that went something like this - with a simple melody - "many, many colourful Smarties". Smarties were small tablet-like sweets that came in many colours. Some of them even had faces on them - like the emojis we know today. They were popular and as far as I know they still are today. They were more than just something cute, it was somehow emotional too. What strikes me today is the name: calling them smarties. So something that is smart. Smart has many meanings: witty, clever, stylish or elegant in dress or appearance, corresponding to high taste, etc. I want you to know today that you are also such a smarty in person: colourful, clever and funny in your own way and anything but dull or boring! Rediscover this truth in yourself and see yourself as such an original. And be it only for today.

If a watercourse has an even course, a smooth bed in which it can flow, the surface looks smooth and calm. However, if there are obstacles in the bed, the water begins to swirl there, depending on the magnitude of the flow velocity. It has been observed that backwaters then develop in such places as sills or the like. Places where the water swirls and something lying on the water cannot get away at all, despite constant flow. Maybe you have things today that are in the way of your flow of thinking or planning and thus tie up your attention and don't allow you to move forward. This is perhaps a good way to make existing obstacles in your thinking visible and to remove them if necessary. Your mental or spiritual backwater can be your chance today and lead to a smoother flow, if you want it and tackle it.

I live in the city. There you see a lot of e-scooters that can be parked anywhere and booked and used via an app on your smartphone. The idea is brilliant: instead of owning your own scooter, you can only use it when you need it, which means better utilisation. Sounds good. In theory. But I see so many of these vehicles parked somewhere inconsiderately, knocked over, etc. Unfortunately, with this "only as needed" strategy and attitude, the sense of responsibility also goes away. Things have to serve me when I need them and function perfectly. That is what I pay for. The rest does not interest me. But it should... I am not in favour of greed or a lot of possessions - but it also shows: what belongs to me, I identify with and take care of, take ownership of. Be it material things or also in relationships where it is not possession but obligation. Today, pay attention to where you are in danger of giving away responsibility that you should actually carry and consciously take on ownership - for the good of yourself and your environment.

When I first heard about goldfish, I thought they were particularly precious. I was rather disappointed when I saw them - and they weren't even golden, but orange. To this day I still don't know why they are called goldfish. And they don't seem to be anything that special - at least to me. They are simply a type of carp. Perhaps there are also things in your life that you have gilded, that you unjustifiably value more highly and more valuable than they are and that you have figuratively built your own pool for and especially cherished. Perhaps it is time to take a closer look and see these symbolic goldfish for what they really are: Fish like any other that swim in your pool of life, like others, and therefore no longer deserve the same attention and care as before. Or vice versa: other, perhaps less conspicuous things are valued and cared for just as much as these things. Pool cleaning may be the order of the day.
I wish you an extraordinary day!
The other day I watched a leaf detach from a tree in front of me and slowly fall to the ground. It reminded me of autumn, of course, the time of falling leaves. I was impressed by the peace with which the leaf glided or floated down. In my life, I tend to find it rather difficult to let go, especially of the familiar - without having any idea of what comes next. And in nature, something new doesn't come right away. It remains empty for a while, a winter season - until the next spring comes. In any case, I wish you for situations, perhaps especially today, in which you have to let go of the familiar, this peace and the confidence that - even if delayed - new life will come - as in creation: once again completely fresh, unspent and full of sparkling energy. And here is the good news: You can already look forward to this when you let go...
I wish you an extraordinary day!
Do you like to dance? Maybe you are one of those people who can move freely and without blockage just like that to the music. I can't do it just like that. As a teenager, I didn't dare to do it - out of shame that I might embarrass myself or make a fool of myself. I had no confidence in myself, or maybe I was just too dependent on the opinion of others. Today I see things differently. Today I can enjoy moving freely to music, whether I'm all alone or in front of others. I have gained confidence that I am not so much worse or clumsier than others in this area, as I always assumed. Free movement and music today open up access to something that is not accessible to my mind and that is precious to me. Maybe you have a special moment today: to have to go one step further than you have gone so far, to overcome an inner blockage, to trust yourself more, to go beyond your comfort zone. I wish you a lot of trust and courage in yourself and love for yourself. You are precious and worth it. Enjoy the expanded experience!

Hello everyone this is Audiostretto 59/4/24!
I am thrilled to announce that Audiostretto 59/4/24 is going to be broadcasted also in English! I started the podcast in Swiss-German on June 6th 2021 and want to share it now as well in English. Please bear with me if not everything is perfect language-wise because I am not a native English speaker. However these daily inputs come from my heart and I do hope that they are going to be a blessing for you personally and each of your days you are going to listen to.
I will start purposely on September 11th. Exactly 20 years after the devastating and shocking terrorist attacks on the twin towers in 2001. By this I want to send out messages of hope and encouragement and maybe even reconciliation. Furthermore this day was the birthday of my best friend who just passed away a few weeks ago. So also in memory of him I will start on this day, as a sign that death has not the last word.
With this I am looking forward to hopefully win you over to become a regular listener of Audiostretto 59/4/24! So if you like it please subscribe and spread the word, tell your friends and share the link. Thanks a lot in advance!
