𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗴𝗮𝗽:

The field may require specialized skills, knowledge, or experience that are not easily obtainable through traditional education or training programs.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀:

Changes in demographics, such as an aging workforce, may create shortages in certain career fields.

There is a shortage of talented internal auditors.

Many recent surveys confirm this.

So it must be true 🤔

Internal auditing is a complex field that requires a careful balance of intuition and analytics.
