In the year 2000, a financially ruined America has been reduced to a Christo-facist dictatorship. The only thing keeping the people in line is the annual cross country Death Race. Guest Merritt K and Zak discuss how much more awesome dictatorships are when they remember to give the people deadly spectacle.

This was originally going to be a "How has it Aged" episode about "Freejack", the 1992 sci-fi thriller that takes place in 2001, but Zak and guest Seanbaby talked their way into watching "The Big Hit" instead.

The year is 2007. The big one has turned LA into a gang infested karate fueled wasteland, but somehow in a kid friendly way. VH US podcast host Dirk Marshall joins Zak to see how well Double Dragon predicted the future.

We originally wanted to do a full Nosferatu episode, but then Skeleton Crew ended and we felt like we needed to talk about that too.
