Don't ever stop praying, because there is power in persistence. As believers, we are adopted into the kingdom of God as his children, and when we cry out to him, he listens.

In today's culture of jam-packed schedules and constant busyness, we often neglect to grieve appropriately. We rush through it and move on to the next thing - often believing that's the healthiest way to handle it. But in the Bible, Jesus demonstrated how we should grieve - taking time to mourn and reflect. In light of recent tragedies like mass shootings and attacks, have you paused to grieve?

God hears you, he sees you, and he cares for you.

Faith is a muscle that can be grown, and it is an integral part of what it means to be a Christian. Are you doing everything you can to grow it?

God is bigger than data and circumstances. If you are in the waiting room, keep praying and trusting in God's plan and timeline for your life.

Faith should not be something that he or she visits every now and then, faith should be the backdrop in which we live. It is in walking in belief where we will truly find God.

The kingdom of God is not limited to certain ethnicities. Jesus died for us ALL. As Christ followers, we are to stand up for injustices that our brothers and sisters are enduring. It is our job to support, protect, serve and love every part of the body of Christ.

Racism has no place in the heart of people who love God. All humans are equal and infinitely valuable because God's image is in them. We are one race under God.

Our mission, as the church, is to respond to our neighbor's needs through prayer and action. When God's people cry out for God's help, God's answer is God's people.

God loves you, tremendously. He desires to know you and, for you, to draw close to him. So what can we do to show God our love for him?
