On episode 10, Danyon Fairbrother tells us his story.  He was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and labeled a "bad kid" for years.  Danyon spent time in juvenile detention centers, reform school for boys and eventually prison after getting involved in alcohol, drugs and self sabotage.  After many suicide attempts and hitting several rock bottoms, Danyon was able to find recovery and completely change his life and lifestyle.  Today, he works as an apprentice chef, is engaged to the woman of his dreams, has a youtube channel dedicated to men finding the ANSWERS WITHIN and he enjoys freedom like he's never known.  Please enjoy this episode with my friend Danyon Fairbrother.

On episode 9, I chat with Tim Arrigo of his program Beyond Driven!! Tim takes us through his story, growing up in orange county, California, involved in punk rock, graffiti writing in skateboarding as a child. Then, using and becoming addicted to drugs, leading him down a dark path with IV drug use, and the underworld that comes along with addiction. He speaks about an out of body experience, where he had a spiritual moment, and realized that he needed to make a change. Today, leading by example, he helps other men change and transform their lives to become the best version of themselves! He talks about the power of reciprocity, and how helping others can lead to personal development. we talk about overcoming adversity and developing resilience in life! On Episode 8, I chat with Mooch about his life begining in the anti-racist skinhead scene, touring in a punk band, overcoming a debilitating injury, becoming a member of 2 different Motorcycle Clubs (now retired) and giving back to the community as a Social Worker and Jui Jitsu Practitioner.  Mooch has created a movement called 'Lift, Train, Ride'  that focuses on positivity, brotherhood,  motorcycles, connection and physical activity (combat sports, weight training and fitness).  Mooch is focussed on helping others and promoting growth and positivity in everything he is a part of today.  He has an autobiography coming out soon!!!  Please enjoy his story and jump on the email list for the book drop!!
