From your experience you can start to explore your relationship to that thing, rather than basing your perspective off of what others say.

We are each different beings on different journeys. What works for some people may not be supportive for you, but can you be open to trying and experiencing with curiosity?

In this episode I talk about the power of curiosity and why you get to invite more of it into your life.

Curiosity brings with it an openness, an opportunity for understanding, to move beyond the "known".

In the absence of curiosity you can develop fixed mindset and be closed off to other ways of being and your expansion.

If you find yourself judging others for where they are at in their journey, this episode is for you.

This can be a beautiful opportunity to use this person as a mirror for your own evolution, healing and growth.

Judgements can limit your connection with those arounds you, and can be a reflection of judgements you may hold around yourself that may actually limit you in how you are showing up.

The Search for clarity...for answers.

This past week I found myself in this space. I felt like things had been shaken up like a snow globe and I didn't really know what to do next.

I said to a few people "I am looking for clarity".

Maybe sometimes that is the problem.

CONFLICT! CONFRONTATION!

What comes to your mind when you read these words?

Different people have different relationships to conflict and confrontation.

Maybe you go head to head and fight it out. Perhaps you take flight getting out of there. You may find yourself freezing and shutting down. Or perhaps appeasing and fawning in an attempt to avoid it all together.

In this episode I explore wounding around conflict and confrontation and I share my relationship to it. I share my experiences of this, becoming aware of the wound, understanding it, and part of my healing process around this using inner child work.

In this episode I explore this phrase "How you do anything is how you do everything" and how it can be used as a lens to view life through. It can be a powerful way of reflecting on how certain behaviour patterns may show up in many different areas of your life. In this episode, I share ways that you can connect with yourself even more deeply. I talk about areas you get to reflect on and assess in your life, how you can invite in more curiosity, different practices that can support you with this connection.

So much of connecting with ourselves is understanding where we are at, why we do the things we do, why we show up the way we do. From awareness we can start to change.  Then we get to have compassion for ourselves for where we are at, and choose how we move forward. We can strip away that which is not truly us and show up as a more authentic version of ourselves.

In this episode, I delve into the topic of 'where we choose to act from in our lives?  I use my creative process and business as a real time example to explore this further.

I have been reflecting on my creation process recently when it comes to my business, content, events, art and bringing more intention to it. Focusing on acting from inspiration and for value as opposed to being as influenced by the idea of what I "should" do, or "need" to do. That way of doing things before didn't light me up. 

In this time of metrics, likes, follows, shares, I have found that they became a focus for me. I became lost in them at times. Birthing my business during a world of lockdowns meant I had a major focus on the online space. It became king to me. So I am in this real shift now around where my focus goes and how I choose to create and show up. Thinking about what's the way I desire to show up in my life, rather than how I think I should.
