Here it is - the first Life Design Talk* for this year in which I'm sitting together with a dear friend of mine and an amazing woman Emma Werler to speak about how she found her passion for dance and made it into a self-employed career. Emma is a Professional Dancer, Dance Teacher and a Stretching Coach born, raised and based in Berlin. In this episode we spoke about the courage to pursue your dream life and some tabu topics in the self-employed area such as side jobs, financial planning, competition and jealousy.

We’re closing the February series on a very important topic and something that I feel many people get wrong. We’ll focus on the MINDSET of someone who is just starting and building their self-employed journey. When you’re starting your own thing you will face many fears and doubts. And I’m recording this episode to normalise that and share with you that we’re all going through these phases. Yes, me included! Today I’m sharing with you some of the most common fears and doubts I see in my clients and things I saw from my own experience and I will be sharing with you ways to overcome these and come back to self-trust, confidence and consistency.

In the forth and final part of our January series I'm sharing with you the mindset tools that helped me to go after the life I want to live and gain more confidence about the person I am and the journey I'm walking. All of these tools and practices are either part of my daily routine or have been in the start of my journey. The truth is we all struggle with negative thoughts and inner voices. It might sound different for everyone of us, depending on your past and your childhood but we all have them. So the sooner you learn how to navigate your life with them, how to silence their voices and take action despite their tires to sabotage you - the sooner you'll end up living the life of your dreams.

January's theme on the podcast is creating a better relationship with yourself. One of the struggles that most of my clients have is being afraid of judgement, of what the others will say and if they're doing things ''right''. In today's episode I'm sharing with you a couple of exercises that will help you to disconnect from all the ''shoulds'' of the society and help you connect to what's truly important, cool and admirable for you, so you can design your life by your own rules and standards. It's the exercise that helped me most to build my confidence and start becoming and honouring the person I am.
