Lori Hays is very excited to introduce you to British Horror Author Graeme Reynolds on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at 11:30 ET/10:30 CT.  

Graeme Reynolds was born in England in 1971. Over the years, he has been an electronic engineer in the Royal Airforce, worked with special needs children and been a teenage mutant ninja turtle (don't ask).

He started writing in 2008, and has had over thirty short stories published in various ezines and anthologies before the publication of his first novel, High Moor, in 2011. When he is not breaking computers for money, he hides in a remote Welsh valley and dreams up new ways to offend people with delicate sensibilities.

My first guest, Lori Jones, will discuss her debut novel "Growing up Beautiful".

Lori Jones had a sixteen-year modeling career from 1981 through 1997. Her career began after graduating from the Barbizon School of Modeling, and signing on with the Wilhelmina Agency in Los Angeles.

Lori flew to Milan, Italy in 1982 and ended up living and modeling in Milan, Germany and Spain over the next five years. Always interested in writing, she kept journals of her work experiences, extensive travels throughout Europe and Africa, and the people she met along the way.

Growing Up Beautiful is a fictional account of how three young models grow up in that foreign world of fashion in the 1980’s. Lori invites readers to join her characters on their trip abroad as they face challenges that will change their perception of who they are and what they want in life.

We will then meet horror author Dev Jarrett author of "Loveless" and "Dolly"

For the last 19 years, Dev Jarrett (also known as CW4 William D.  Jarrett III) has lived wherever the US Army has sent him: Texas, Afghanistan, Arizona, Korea, the Philippines, Thailand…and the list goes on.  Currently he and his family live in the Washington, DC area. He’s had dozens of short stories published in a variety of venues over the past few years.  Dolly is his second novel.  His first, Loveless, was recently published by Blood Bound Books.  He’s currently hard at work on a new horror novel, tentatively titled Dark Crescent.
