Interviews conducted at the October, 2014 NA Literature Conference in Lisbon Ohio.  A window into the thoughts of many of those in attendance from those very young in recovery all the way to those with multiple decades.  NA members came together to write a Traditions Book (among other literature) that is actually by addicts, for addicts, and about addicts.  A far cry from sterile, corporate controlled workshops and a refreshing, positive answer to the question: "How can World Services give us a book on the Traditions when they don't follow them?"

Originally published in 2014. A scathing indictment of the 12 CON-cepts imposed on the Fellowship of NA, and how the Concepts cultivate a culture of service "professionalism". Hence the play on words "pros" (meaning professionals) and "CON"cepts (as in "con job" as well as a con being a negative consequence of a particular decision). This episode originally "aired" in 2014 in five separate parts which were recorded that same year, with the exception of the fifth part which is from 2011. All five segments are included here. There is a lot of speculation and misinformation about the history of the Baby Blue Basic Text. This episode cuts through all of that with firsthand accounts from an addict who was present at the moment the Baby Blue was created, present in the courtroom when WSO (now called NAWS) sued Grateful Dave, and whose Home Group still produces Baby Blues to this very day.
