This podcast reprises how the CON-cepts create a culture of "service pros", and a service structure rife with professionalism, including the ultimate oxymoron: The "Service Resume".  Chubs revisits and more clearly and succinctly details how each of the NAW$ CON-cepts undermines, redefines, and attempts to renegotiate our "non-negotiable" Traditions.  Traditions and historical context are cited in more detail than before, while maintaining a shorter presentation and format. An essay exploring some glaring and blatant as well as subtle and clever re-negotiations of our most basic principles found in the new NAWS publication, Guiding Principles which was recently "Fellowship Approved" at WSC 2016 (despite the fact that the vast majority of the Fellowship had not read a word of its contents).  This is the same book the conference approved spending a quarter of a million dollars on in 2014 before a single word had been written.

Chubs exposes and illustrates how service decisions are controlled from the world level and demonstrates how the final vote is carefully controlled by stating the World Board opinion at every level of service as the information goes out. By using "Consensus Based Decision Making" as decisions come back what the Groups have decided is then re-decided at every level; again with the "decision makers", "shining stars". and "effective leaders" of NA reminded of the World Board Opinion at every point in the "decision making process" (as opposed to reporting of Group conscience).   Chubs challenges the listener to download the 2016 CAR and World Board Opinions on each motion, and then to compare the World Board opinion to the final decisions made at WSC 2016.  (At the time of this recording and original posting WSC 2016 was in the future - Chubs' predictions proved accurate!)
