  • Spring Game canceled and the impact it will have on recruiting

The Oregon spring football game is over, what does this impact from a team perspective and also from a recruiting perspective? Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil address these two questions and more in today's Monday Autzen Audibles Podcast. Matt and Erik go into what stood out over the four spring practices the Ducks were able to get, and why Oregon could be in a unique position recruiting wise that most other college programs will not have.

The guys also discuss what players from all sports - men or women - make up their Top 5 all-time athlete list, plus has Sabrina Ionescu become the school's most popular athlete? Matt and Erik give their lists and please let us know if you agree or disagree with them in our comments below.

  • 5 best moments of the men and women's basketball seasons

The men and women's Oregon basketball programs had two of the best years in recent memory. The women were likely the odds on favorites to win the national title. The men won the Pac-12 Championship outright, had the league's Player of the Year, and were a popular pick as a Final Four dark horse.

Then their seasons were over in a blink of an eye as sports around the world shut down.

Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil of DuckTerritory.com go over the five best moments of each team's historic years and what fans should focus on instead of wondering what if their seasons weren't cut short of the Coronavirus.

Matt and Erik also give their thoughts on a few other moments that were under consideration for their Top 5 for the men and the women.

  • Oregon lands one of the higest-rated QB commits in program history

Monday morning the Oregon Duck football program landed a signature piece to their 2021 recruiting class by getting the verbal commitment of four-star quarterback Ty Thompson.

The Ducks now have the nation's ninth-best recruiting class for 2021, the Pac-12's top recruiting class, and the program's fifth highest-rated quarterback commitment in program history.

To break down the full impact of Ty Thompson's verbal commitment to Oregon head football coach Mario Cristobal, and how this could lead to a few more four-star prospects from Arizona going Oregon's way, Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil of DuckTerritory recorded a podcast to discuss it all.

  • The Coronovirus shuts down all collegiate sports, now what?

The Coronavirus has spread across the world, and with that it has drastically impacted how sports will be played, or won't be played. This has made a huge impact locally at Oregon for their sports. What's next, what do we know, what have people said in Eugene about this news?

Erik Skopil and Kevin Wade recorded an emergency podcast to discuss the sweeping news over the last 24 to 48 hours. Oregon has shut down all practices, games, and media availabilities. The Pac-12 Tournament was shut down in Las Vegas, ending the tournament that started a day before. The men and women's NCAA Tournaments were also canceled as the NCAA delivered sweeping news that canceled all sports and championships for those sports for winter and spring.

  • Early impressions from Spring Football

How many times will Oregon run the quarterback in new offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead's offense? That question was answered this weekend, and Matt Prehm and Erik Skopil have some thoughts on it. Plus Matt and Erik share a few thoughts on some interesting developments on defense in year two of Andy Avalos and the three things that stand out to them after the first few practices.

There is also a good discussion about recruiting and the Junior Day weekend Oregon football held over the weekend around spring football and the basketball team's final two home games.

The second half of the show is all basketball. Matt and Erik discuss the women's run through the Pac-12 Tournament in Las Vegas this past weekend and their most recent title, plus the men are now gearing up to make a run at repeating their Pac-12 Tournament Title.

  • Spring football is back and we have a lot to discuss from it

Football is back and we have a lot of discussion about Oregon's return to the practice fields.

In this episode of the Autzen Audibles Podcast, Matt and Erik discuss the Ducks return to the practice field and the most important items we've learned from the first practice. Who's starting at center and why the true first-team center wasn't on the field, the quarterback battle to replace Justin Herbert, why the Oregon Ducks are looking into moving a three-year starter to a new position, ad the health update on one of Oregon's five-star additions from this past off-season.

Matt and Erik also discuss the men's run to the Pac-12 Championship in men's basketball, and the guys give a preview of Oregon women's basketball in Las Vegas for the Pac-12 Tournament.

  • One on one with Oregon senior Payton Pritchard

Ahead of Senior Day, DuckTerritory.com sat down with four-year starting point guard and potential Pac-12 Player of the Year Payton Pritchard for a one-on-one interview podcast about his love for basketball, his career that almost didn't happen with the Ducks, what he's been most proud about during his four seasons at Oregon, and many more topics.

Pritchard will leave Oregon as the school's all-time leader in career wins and assists and is on pace to set the record for steals. He is the only player in Pac-12 history to accumulate over 1,800 points, 600 rebounds, and 600 assists at the men's level of college basketball.

In the podcast, Pritchard discusses his decision last year to test the NBA waters and then come back to school for his senior year. He talked about why he did that and if it's paid off for him. Pritchard is putting up career numbers across the board this season: points (20.2), assists (5.4), rebounds (4.3), field goal percentage (46.1), and minutes (36.6). Pritchard leads the conference in points and assists and would become just the fourth player in school history to do that. Gary Payton, Damon Stoudamire, and Jason Terry are the only three others. All three were consensus First-Team All-Americans and Payton and Terry were National Players of the Year.

Pritchard will play against California Thursday night at Matthew Knight Arena for his second-to-last basketball game at home in his career. He'll have senior night against Stanford this weekend on Saturday night at 8 p.m. Oregon is currently half a game out of first place in the Pac-12 Standings and winning their final two games will guarantee at least a share of the conference title for his second time in his career.
