Oregon's 2027 class gained a new commitment on Tuesday when 4-star Harper Woods (Mich.) wide receiver Dakota Guerrant pledged to Dan Lanning and the Ducks. He picked Oregon over Michigan and becomes the new headliner for the Ducks. ScoopDuckOn3 Oregon Football and Recruiting reporter Max Torres breaks down the big commitment.
Guerrant was Ross Douglas' top wide receiver target in the 2027 class as Douglas continues to prove that he's one of the top recruits on Oregon's staff. Max discusses how this commitment came together, what's next at wide receiver for the Ducks and some other updates ahead of the final official visit weekend in June.

Oregon's 2027 class now sits at 17 verbal commitments with some more priority targets expected on campus in the coming weeks.
Max also dives into the latest buzz coming out of another OV weekend on players like Dakota Guerrant and Bode Sparrow. Guerrant and Sparrow were the top uncommitted targets on campus in Eugene and the Ducks continue to trend for Guerrant with ground to make up on Sparrow as they battle Oklahoma, Utah and BYU.

June 03, 2026 QUAAACK: Toa Satele Commits to Oregon | Ducks Land Top-100 Linebacker
On the latest episode of the Ducks Dish Podcast, ScoopDuckOn3 Oregon Football and Recruiting Reporter Max Torres breaks down the commitment of 2027 Mililani (HI) linebacker Toa Satele.
The 6-foot-3, 210-pound Satele was on campus in Eugene over the weekend for his Oregon official visit. The trip must've gone well because he decided to move up his commitment timeline and commit to Dan Lanning and the Ducks over Texas, Notre Dame and Cal, the three other teams that rounded out his top group.
Satele is the 14th overall commitment for Oregon in the 2027 cycle and the second linebacker as he joins Brandon Lockley Jr. from Philadelphia. Oregon's Hawaii pipeline is flourishing and the Ducks add a key piece of their class as they continue to track for a top-five haul once again.
Max also looks at what and who's next at linebacker following Wednesday's big commitment.

Oregon is kicking off official visits with a pretty loaded weekend in Eugene. Texas running back Landen Williams-Callis headlines the group of official visitors as the No. 42 ranked prospect in the Rivals300. The Ducks are battling a slew of big-name programs along with Texas A&M, LSU, SMU and others.
Other big names in town include Hawaii linebacker Toa Satele, safety Junior Tu'upo, offensive lineman Caden Moss and so many more.
The Ducks have the No. 9 class in the country for 2027 and this weekend could be when Oregon closes the gap on other schools or even takes the lead for some of their top targets.
