Coursera is a massive open online course provider that works with universities and other organizations to offer online courses, certifications, and degrees in a variety of subjects. In his role, Steve is responsible for managing and analyzing internal employee data, which consists of behavioral, survey, and performance data. He then shares his insights with decision-makers within the company.
