The gaps in our understanding of what God is like have often been filled with man's ideas tainted by fear and lies. The truth of His nature is necessary for all of us to see and possess for us to approach Him daily and also live pleasing to Him. If we can believe, that He believes, that we were made in His image. That we are worth dying for—then our entire perspective can be changed.

If we can believe that He is for us. That our value—in His opinion—is equal to the life of the Son of God!

If we can believe that, we can easily deny ourselves and follow Him— truly live for Him.

A Christian isn't someone with the right information now, but it is someone who now knows God. Someone who fellowships with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We get to enjoy and live in His presence. We were made to enter into the Spirit realm because we are spirit and brand new creatures. The invitation is always open to be with Him, to hunger and thirst for Him, He will always fill, meet and reveal Himself.

The world and the enemy desire to erode your faith, diminishing it to simply believing in God. Jesus strongly addresses us always, in every situation, "Having Faith in God," along with behavior and activity that demonstrate great faith. We were not called to live by common sense only, but to live kingdom sense, having great faith in God.

If we allow, the Spirit of God will change us entirely. Our mindsets will be altered so that we see Him for who He is and see ourselves in His light. In this message, Matt shares some of his own journey in growing up, knowing and following God, along with discovering some of the greatest discoveries that can be found.

Greatness is to be pursued, living to the greatest of our ability and going for it. When Jesus was asked about greatness, He shifted the common understanding and explained the pathway isn't being an honored superstar that loves the attention, but it is actually serving and elevating others all around us which leads to being the greatest of all.

All around us is beauty and the spectacular which points to God and awakens worship within us. The enemy is the deceiver who tries to insulate us from the spectacular through distraction, so that we become dull and become our own gods that create our own false reality. For the believer, staying fully awake is in part recognizing what is all around us and remaining in awe, allowing our heart to stay alive and our worship of the Creator daily.

God is so good to remember the desires of our heart even when we have lost hope. We are in a season to let faith arise, dream again with God and see promises fulfilled!

God used Gideon to reset a nation, giving them help after they cried out to Him to free them from the oppression of the Midianites. Gideon became a reluctant warrior and leader in a victory over a large army with only 300 men, only armed with light and the sound of their voices. In our lives today, God can use our faith and the little that we have to disrupt the enemy's plans as we shine our light brightly, move forward fearlessly in love and declare the truths of the kingdom of heaven that have been place in our possession.
