Seven years ago, Erin was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. At that time she had a baby and an older child. She beat cancer… or at least kept it in remission over the last 7 years. Just over 2 months ago, she got the news that her cancer is back, but now it is stage 4. Erin shares her journey with cancer, and how it has led her back to her true self. She shares vulnerably how she was living life for others, and how cancer was the reality check that helped her start to put her relationship with herself first. She speaks to the importance of listening to your body, and getting answers when something does not feel right. She believes that a mindset shift can drastically help heal your body. She talks about what helped get her from feeling like her life was over, to a space of gratitude for all the little moments you have in a day.
