Jessica helps individuals discover their self-worth, and navigate through life transitions, unhealthy relationship patterns, and trauma where her clients grow in deeper self-awareness by recognizing and exploring the blindspots they have ignored with their relationship with themselves, body, food, and faith.

Jessica is a southern girl raised in a small town in North Carolina now living in Atlanta, GA. Jessica is a Capricorn and Enneagram 1 who feels most inspired by helping be resilient with compassion while healing and empowering women to embrace their own beauty.
