In this episode Ginny and Katie share the experience of what it feels like to release a layer of the conditioned mind, in particular, a big juicy one that Ginny released last week! They discuss the journey of being in the depths of self-doubt and questioning, and how the practice of presence and awareness can aid in the release. While there is no “right” way to release a layer, when it is recognized as a part of the process of awakening one can perhaps maintain a tiny glimmer of truth when it feels like one’s world is being rocked to the core. Finally, Ginny describes how the questioning and self-doubt unfolded into a strengthened knowingess of Truth. This is the awakening, friends: the release of fears and beliefs to connect more solidly to the Truth of who we really are.
