They are located at main branches of the nervous system. They are centers that serve to receive and transmit subtle, metaphysical energy, and biophysical energy. Chakras direct life energy for physical and spiritual well-being.

Learn how we deplete and abandon ourselves when we 1. help others solve their challenges before our own, 2. try to control or "change" someone, 3. meet other people's needs instead of letting them meet their own, 4. are in co-dependent or narcissistic relationships... You are off YOUR PATH and entangled with others. Let's talk about NEW CHOICES and how they better serve you and the people around you.

Learn what awakening feels like and what you can do to assist your awakening so it doesn't feel so out of control.

Holding space for your inner child allows them to calm their nervous system and high alertness through learning to trust you have their best interest in mind. Little by little as trust grows they will allow you take control as the adult, allowing them to relax and be a child speaking their truth/feelings... Be guided to connect to your wounded inner child and hold space for them to feel your support by the adult you and meeting their childhood needs that weren't meet when you were younger.
