October 15th, 2011, marked a memorable day for Blake Chappell as he attended the homecoming dance at East Coweta High School with his girlfriend, Rion. The couple enjoyed dinner together before joining their friends at the dance, where they danced and celebrated the night away.

After the dance, Blake went to Rion's house and spent some quality time with her, watching a movie before eventually heading to his friend's place. Wanting to extend their time together, Blake made a daring decision to sneak back to Rion's house, entering through her bedroom window. However, their secret rendezvous was abruptly interrupted when Rion's grandmother discovered Blake's presence and alerted Rion's mother.

Blake hastily left through the bedroom window and began the long walk back to his friend's house. Along the way, he sent multiple apologetic texts to Rion and her mother, expressing remorse for his actions. He even claimed to have encountered a police officer during his journey.

Rion contacted his friend the next morning, only to learn that Blake had not returned. Alarmed, she immediately sensed that something was amiss. Blake was reported missing, and a search operation was launched, yielding several reported sightings. However, despite the efforts to locate him, Blake remained elusive.

Two months later, on December 18th, 2011, a tragic discovery was made. A body was found facedown in a creek near the SummerGrove Golf Club. Although no identification was found at the scene, the body's distinctive lip piercing and Playboy bunny tattoo on the chest confirmed it to be Blake Chappell.

The mystery surrounding Blake's death deepened. Who was responsible for his murder? Had the body been originally left at the creek or was it dumped there after his demise? These unanswered questions added to the sorrow and confusion surrounding Blake's untimely end, leaving his loved ones grappling with grief and seeking justice for his tragic fate.

This episode is about the disappearance and murder of Roger Warren, a 9 year old child from Davenport, Iowa who was last seen walking across the bridge with a stranger who promised him a bike and a trip to a baseball game on August 19th, 1979, and was found dead a week later. Police never named the suspect.

March 19th, 2004. It’s 11:20 PM and 17 year old Brianna Maitland just finished her shift at work. Her coworkers invited her to stay and hangout, but she declined the invitation. She had an early shift at her second job the next morning and needed to go home and rest. Her coworkers watched her enter her car and drive off. None of them knew they would never see her again.

Her car was found one mile down the road backed up against an abandoned farm house. Connections with drug dealers and other murders became the main focal points in the investigation of her disappearance. Searches were made throughout the Vermont area as her family pleaded with law enforcement to continue the search and take all tips that come in seriously. From being thrown in a river to being killed over a drug dispute with her dealer, and being held hostage in a drug house were only some of the endless tips that whirled around the disappearance of Brianna Maitland.

Dead end after dead end has left both police and her family grasping for explanations. The trunk of her car was filled with her belongings, her history of drug use came to light, apparent doppelgangers being spotted around the tri state area, has all made the case of learning what really happened to the teenager all the more confusing.

It has been almost two decades since Brianna Maitland disappeared that night, and investigators are no closer now to solving it than they were back in 2004. She came from a small community. Surely someone saw something. Does no one in the area know anything about what happened to her?

Was she taken? Did she run away? Is she still alive? What happened to Brianna? Will we ever know? Or will it be a mystery forever?
