Today's teachings were around Awareness and how developing my own awareness has shaped my mediumship journey. We talked about awareness of self, others, and Spirit in today's class and did some exercises for you to tune in! I've included the slides from my presentation for you to be able to revisit the exercises and concepts shared at your own pace.

Tomorrow's class will have a shorter teaching to allow time for your questions! I'll ask for you to share your questions in the chat with the hashtag #questions to make it easier to find them as we go. I'm looking forward to exploring the world of Spirit with you!
