I support women and their partners through menopause. This subject has been misunderstood and often ignored. Many women don’t realise the symptoms they are experiencing are due to peri-menopause/menopause.

This week's episode is the final episode of season 1 of Sacrosanct Secrets. Following on from my musings in the Sacrosanct Life podcast I am taking time to reflect on this season which has got me thinking about evolution and change. It has me thinking about this from a business perspective and personal perspective. I discuss the aspect of control in your life and where it can be helpful and where it can be less helpful.
