I had massage. I am setting an end date to this path of treatment. I think. And it can change.

Still working on the costume. The day did not go quite as planned.

Going to the PT. Two weeks and no tailbone rotation. Let’s see what happens.

I feel relief and no pulling in my body. Was the tongue pull it? I can develop my own program now that I can feel my body. I can’t turn back now.

Who would’ve thought you could get rid of pain through the tongue? My jaw and neck were so tight. It hurt to swallow.
