I got up at 6 AM. I don’t know how many days I have been going. I question if this is even real? How is this possible?

I cannot believe my day. Could my house be sick and making me sick? Vacuumed. Laundry. And more.

If I don’t take care of me first. I can’t move forward. I used to feel selfish. Today. I learned it’s a necessity. If I don’t set boundaries all of my hard work and money spent has been for nought.

I didn’t know what to expect after releasing my fascial adhesions. Is this real?

I had my yearly appointment. Back in the day people would know what I was talking about. What is in store for our future? Guess what I’m doing? Win a prize?!?!? I have noise cancellation earbuds. I think🫨😉🤣💙

I made it!!! The Spring Musical…Concessions…My FASCIA!!! Are you working on your fascia yet?

My husband had a little fall on the roof. I am preparing for day two of the spring musical extravaganza! Hard to believe I would have been bed ridden had I followed doctors orders.

I made it through opening night! I helped with concessions. My son was fantastic! I was not in a wheelchair or wearing compression garments. I am doing laundry! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY DAYS I HAVE BEEN UP! I want to stay this way. Is it possible? Join me!

I am truly resting! I never knew it was possible. I have a ton of stuff to do. However, priorities! My son performs tonight!

I don’t know how many days I have been up and productive. I am thrilled to be house sitting for my mother in law! Why? Because I can. 4 years ago. 2 months ago. It was not possible. Fascially my body was failing me. Now that we know the culprit. My body will never fail me again because of something I did not do. So this episode I am riding high not dirty😉! On a positive note.
