It’s EDS Awareness Month. My new practitioner, Dr Heather Banville, is all about proper postural alignment. For the first time I feel stability. Not all over. But I feel it. I know this is The Root Cause Doc;)

My body wants to go back into its “safe” place. However, it’s not in the right place for me anymore. I can finally feel my body stacking. I can feel my body in space. I cannot lose this!!

Could C6 be affecting my left hip pain? It’s amazing how badly the body and mind can struggle to go back in to what it considers safe which is fright or flight mode!

How important are C2 and C6 for stability? My body is getting used to proper position. It’s harder than I thought. But it will be held!
