Breathing, posture, fascia. I know what I need to work on. Fascia is the new it word for selling just about anything to do with our health. I’ve been on the fascia train since 2021. It’s not a fad for me.

I am finally settling into a routine and learning what my body needs to survive the day. Could I finally be getting my head out of my derrière?

I am up! Learning to adjust to a body I can feel internally now. Not as easy as I thought. But doable;)
